Privacy notice

www.openvideo.hu is a static information site: it sets no cookies and has no forms. This notice describes what the site actually does.

1. The controller

ATAILA, the operator of this site, is established in Hungary (European Union). Company details are published on incorporation; see the imprint. Contact: through the contact page.

2. What this site does, and what it does not

a) A static site, without cookies

www.openvideo.hu only displays information. It sets no cookies on your device, so no cookie consent banner is needed. There is no advertising or tracking technology and no remarketing.

b) Visitor statistics, without cookies

We use self-hosted, open-source Plausible analytics on the controller’s own EU infrastructure. It sets no cookies, creates no persistent personal identifier and does not follow you across sites; it produces aggregate statistics only (page views, country, referring site). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The data is not passed to any third party.

c) Server logs

The servers keep technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier). Purpose: operational security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 90 days, or as long as needed to investigate a security incident.

d) No forms on this site

www.openvideo.hu has no forms and collects no personal data directly. If you request a demo, you do it through the contact form on www.ataila.com; the ATAILA privacy notice applies to what you enter there.

3. Your videos do not pass through this website

The openvideo application runs on your own infrastructure. The videos, the transcripts and every output are created inside your network and stay there; this website never sees them, and this notice does not cover them. Use of the application is governed by your ATAILA Platform agreement.

4. Processors

The site and the analytics run on the controller’s own infrastructure (ATAILA Cloud); no external hosting, analytics or form provider is involved. No data is transferred to third countries.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may request data portability (GDPR Art. 15–21). We answer without undue delay and within one month at the latest. Contact: through the contact page.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or go to court.
